My past participants have lost up to 13lbs in the first 30 days, they have improved chronic health issues by removing inflammatory foods that cause flare-ups in the body and wreak havoc on the gut, and they have felt empowered by completing forty days without the junk food, alcohol, and emotional eating habits that have kept them in an unhealthy cycle for years. Plus, they have greatly improved their fitness levels.
I personally support you all the way through the program with weekly meetings and daily check-ins. We work as a group! Many people have said that accountability is the key that helped them finally make the breakthrough health changes that they needed in their life.
The program includes everything you need to be successful: meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, yoga-fitness classes, weekly group support meetings, mindfulness and meditation practices, and homework to help you discover and uncover more about yourself along the way.
I am a Wellness Counselor certified through Cornell University, and I use a person-centered therapy approach that identifies that each person has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change. I believe in empowering YOU!
Health is not one-size-fits-all! During the 40 days, you will learn how to create a health and wellness lifestyle that feels right for you.
I am also a certified Yoga Teacher. I incorporate yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices into the program teaching you tools for calming anxiety, letting go of the control that food and drink have over you, learning to be in greater touch with your emotions, and true body, mind, emotion, spirit alignment. Plus, you get access to all my weekly yoga classes and will get more fitness guidance and challenges.
