Hi y’all!

I am so happy you have signed up for the Be EXTRA Yoga's Dive into the Practice of Yoga.

I think you will find this to be an awesome way to jumpstart your yoga practice and dig into many different aspects of yoga, including asana (physical practice), meditation, and spiritual development.

Here is the way that it works:

Over the next five days, you will work your way through each day’s yoga class.

You will also find a quick journaling exercise that I encourage you to do before you do the class to get you primed for working out life on the mat! Find some paper, a notebook or a journal, it doesn’t have to fancy, or it can be if that makes you happy!

You will also find, a small dose of inspiration from some of my favorite poets, writers, and inspirational leaders.

Try to do all five days in a row, but if you miss one that is OK! Life happens. Just start again the next day. It is important that you take each class one day at a time to allow it to resonate instead of rushing through.

It is truly my honor to be able to share the Be EXTRA Yoga's Dive into the Practice of Yoga with you. I hope you will find it as a jumping-off point to discover the extraordinary within, both on and off the mat.
